A Bell Ringers supports classroom management, do now or bellringer supports academics, a bell ringer helps to establish consistency and it is a great way to quickly assess your students for learning. Dr. Terry Ross discusses a Do Now or Bell Ringer. 

 TRUST is the glue and the foundation that will move your teaching to the next level. We must find strategies that will allow us to get to know our students, make our students feel that they matter and build TRUST. Dr. Allison Oliver and Dr. Christine Pugh, founders of The League of Advocates share classroom strategies that builds TRUST with Dr. Terry Ross, Founder of New Teacher University and Host of The National New Teacher Support Podcast. Dr. Oliver and Dr. Pugh share effective strategies to help set the tone for a warm and welcoming Classroom Culture and Climate. The main strategy is to see your students and know who they are.
